TITLE: HRIS Coordinator

REPORTS TO: HRIS Manager

LOCATION: 345 Westridge

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Year-Round

PAY STATUS: Non-Exempt (Administrative Payroll)

DATE: July 13, 2010

Job Summary: Performs Human Resources related clerical and project work in the area of HRIS information management. This position requires data entry, file management and some analysis. Accuracy, reliability, timeliness and customer service are extremely important.

Job Qualifications: Very good written and oral communication skills; customer service orientation; experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and database software; detail-oriented; process improvement orientation; strong follow-through skills; prior HRIS experience a plus; general knowledge of HR a plus; team player; self-starter; valid CA drivers license; some travel; work extended hours; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Enters, maintains, updates and audits employee data on HRIS software, outlook, organizational charts and other programs as needed or required.

2. Interacts with and trains HR reps on HRIS processes as needed.

3. Creates HRIS reports, manipulates spreadsheet data, and other HR data management activities as needed.

4. Manages employee files in an accurate and orderly system.

5. Operates laser printer, photocopier machine, facsimile machine, and other office equipment.

6. Creates documents such as letters, memos, forms, proposals, presentations and reports on various topics as assigned.

7. Maintains excellent working relationship with all internal and external customers including HR reps, co-workers, and vendors.

8. Maintains the confidentiality of Driscoll’s financial, proprietary and employee information where appropriate.

9. Participates as needed for major HRIS data entry events such as employee orientation at the beginning of the season.

10. Recommends and implements approved HRIS process improvements.

11. Represents Driscoll’s in a manner, which demonstrates the Company’s mission statement and values in all interactions with co-workers, vendors, government agencies, and consultants.

12. If successful applicant does not possess proficiency at conversational level Spanish, they will be required to pursue conversational level Spanish through a company approved and paid-for program.

13. Performs other duties as instructed by supervisor.
